Refund and return policy

1. Return/Refund Requests

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Refund and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, Buyers may request a return and/or refund prior to the expiration of Shopee's guarantee period as set forth in the Terms of Service . The Shrimpee Guarantee is a service provided by Shrimpee at the request of users to assist them with certain conflicts that may arise during the course of a transaction. Before, during or after using the Shrimp Guarantee, users may communicate privately to resolve differences or contact the relevant local authorities to assist them in resolving any disputes.2. Return Requests

The Buyer may request a refund and/or return only if: - the Buyer has not received the item; - the item was delivered defective and/or damaged; - the Seller delivered to the Buyer an item that does not conform to the agreed specifications (e.g. wrong size, color, etc.); - the item delivered to Buyer with an item that differs materially from the description provided by Seller in the item listing; or - through a private agreement with the Seller, who must send his/her confirmation to Shrimpee to confirm such agreement. Buyer's requests must be submitted through the Shopee mobile app. Please note that if requested by Shopee, Buyer must ship the item(s) to the location specified by Shopee within ten (10) calendar days of the return request. shopee will, in its sole discretion, approve your refund and return request. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Shopee's decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not sue or otherwise bring any claim against Shopee or its affiliates in connection with such decision.


If Buyer has initiated legal action against Seller, Buyer may provide Shopee with formal notice from the appropriate authorities requesting that Shopee continue to hold the purchase money until a formal decision is made.Shopee will determine in its sole discretion whether it is necessary to continue to hold such purchase money.3. Rights of Preferred Sellers

If you are a Preferred Seller, you should have received separate written notice from Shopee informing you of your election to participate in the Shopee Preferred Seller Program. If at any time you decide not to participate in the Shopee Preferred Seller Program, please notify Shopee in writing; otherwise, you will be deemed to have elected to continue to participate in the Shopee Preferred Seller Program and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund and Return Policy. shopee may suspend or remove any Preferred Seller from the Shopee Preferred Seller Program at any time in its sole discretion. shopee's approval under Section 2 above Refunds or returns will be binding on the relevant Preferred Seller. Preferred Sellers agree to comply with and take all steps necessary to fulfill a Shopee-approved refund or return request from a Buyer. For any refund or return request approved by Shrimpee, Shrimpee will notify the Preferred Seller by email ("Email Notification") and organize delivery of the relevant returned merchandise to the address provided in writing to Shrimpee by the relevant Preferred Seller to complete the refund and return process, provided that the address is located in the country where the relevant merchandise is listed for sale on the Site country ("Local Address"). If a Preferred Seller fails to provide a local address for returned merchandise or fails to accept delivery of returned merchandise within a reasonable time (as determined by Shrimp), Shopee reserves the right to dispose of such items in any manner it deems appropriate, and the Preferred Seller shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to such items. If a Preferred Seller does not receive a returned item, the Preferred Seller must notify Shrimpee within seven (7) days of receiving notice by email ("Notice Period"). Failure to notify Shopee within the Notice Period will be conclusive evidence of Preferred Seller's acceptance of delivery of the merchandise, and Preferred Seller agrees not to make any claim or raise any dispute regarding any such merchandise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Shopee may, in its sole discretion, not return merchandise approved for refund or return to Preferred Seller, and Preferred Seller shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to such item. For any refund or return that is refused by Shopee in the event that the relevant item is received by Shopee, Shopee will arrange for the item to be shipped to the relevant Buyer's address in accordance with Section 2 above. If Shopee approves any refund or return request, Preferred Seller may appeal such decision by contacting Shopee and providing evidence to support such appeal. Preferred Seller acknowledges and agrees that Shopee's decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not sue or otherwise bring suit against Shopee or its affiliates with respect to such decision. or its affiliates in connection with such decision. For any refund or return that Shopee rejects in the event that the relevant item is received by Shopee, Shopee will arrange for the item to be shipped to the relevant buyer's address in accordance with Section 2 above. Preferred Seller acknowledges and agrees that Shopee's decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not sue or otherwise bring suit against Shopee or its affiliates with respect to such decision. Shopee will organize the shipping of such items to the relevant Buyer's address in accordance with Section 2 above. If Shopee approves any refund or return request, Preferred Seller may appeal such decision by contacting Shopee and providing evidence to support such appeal. Preferred Seller acknowledges and agrees that Shopee's decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not sue or otherwise bring suit against Shopee or its affiliates with respect to such decision. 4. Rights of Regular Sellers



For purposes of this Refund and Return Policy, a Regular Seller is a seller who is not a Mall Seller or Preferred Seller.



When Shrimpskin receives a return and/or refund request from a Buyer, Shrimpskin will notify the Seller in writing. The Seller may respond to the Buyer's request in accordance with the steps provided by Shrimpskin in the written notice. Seller must respond within the time frame specified in the written notice ("Specified Period"). If Shopee does not hear from a Seller within the Required Time Period, Shopee will assume that the Seller has not responded to Buyer's application and will continue to evaluate Buyer's application without further notice to the Seller. Shopee will review each Seller's response on a case-by-case basis and will determine, in its sole discretion, whether Buyer's application is successful based on the circumstances presented by the Seller. 5. Return Conditions

In order to enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning an item, Buyer should ensure that items (including any free items, such as accessories included with the item) are returned to Seller in the condition in which they were received by Buyer at the time of delivery. We will advise the buyer to take pictures of the item upon receipt. 6. Product Return Shipping Liability

i) In the event of unforeseen errors by the Seller (i.e., damaged, defective or incorrect products delivered to the Buyer), the Seller will be responsible for the Buyer's return shipping costs. ii) In the event of a change of mind by the Buyer, the Buyer shall obtain the Seller's consent prior to the return request and the Buyer shall be responsible for the return shipping costs. iii) In the event of a dispute between the Seller and the Buyer as to the party responsible for the return shipping costs, Shrimp will determine the party responsible for the return shipping costs at its sole discretion. 7. Refunds

Buyer will receive a refund only after Shopee receives confirmation from Seller that Seller has received the returned item. If Shopee does not hear from the seller within the specified time period, Shopee will have the right to refund the applicable amount to the buyer without notice to the seller. Refunds will be made to the buyer's credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.8. Buyer-Seller Communication

Shopee encourages users to communicate with each other in the event of a problem with a transaction. As Shopee is a platform for users to conduct transactions, buyers should contact sellers directly regarding any issues with their purchases.
